It's sometimes hard to understand that the different aspects of the Google Search Engine results pages come from different areas.

For example, when you search for products, those results are generated from Google Shopping feeds, in which you have to set up a Google Merchant Center account.

Google Ads come from paid advertising slots, and Social Media Advertising is totally different.
