The main reason small business owners need the Facebook pixel installed on their website, isn't necessarily to run ads, but rather to understand more about their website audience.

Once installed, the Facebook Events Manager will give you data from your Facebook Pixel about the demographics and interests of your website audience.

This is valuable information that you can use to make business and marketing decisions.
