Why do our clients choose us? We’re just a small, scrappy team of digital marketers, web designers, developers and software engineers.
There are hundreds of thousands of people in the world who do what we do, many of them with much fancier offices with beer on tap. 🙂
Thank goodness, for us, some clients don’t care about beer on tap or fancy offices. They just want to hire people who know how to do a great job for them. If you’re one of them, I think you’ll appreciate our differentiators.
Reasons why people choose us, differentiators are also tools we use to apply our principles.
To be clear, a business’ differentiators are things that make them different from their competitors, or other company’s that do what they do.
Our #6 differentiator is that WE LOVE CHANGE. We embrace it, we learn from it, we thrive on it, and we use it to help our clients’ businesses succeed. Google is constantly changing, which affects SEO tactics, Facebook is constantly changing and adding new features to their ad product, Facebook Ads, making it a valuable digital marketing customer acquisition tool, and the way people are getting their information is changing, which is why we’re building podcasts and Alexa Skills for ourselves and our clients.
Let’s be clear.
Change means opportunity. We embrace the ever changing world we live in.
We are transparent about about the fact that we are ALWAYS “figuring shit out” and haven’t ever done “this exact thing.”
The world changes by the fucking minute, and anyone who expects us to “have already done everything,” is insane.
Wow. How’s that for full transparency, clients? It’s true, we don’t know everything, but anyone who tells you “oh yeah, we’ve done this EXACT thing before,” is either lying or delusional, because things, details, factors that can be costly to your business if not handled correctly by a team like ours that embraces change – are constantly changing.
Businesses that don’t embrace change will lose. They will not get better, because they will become lazy and less valuable.
So as you’re thinking about which agency to hire, who you want to work with, or what kind of business leader, entrepreneur or employee you want to be, ask yourself the question – what are my differentiators? and what am I doing to embrace change, learn from it, and get more knowledgeable and valuable?
