It just kind of dawned on me that as much as I talk about data, Google Analytics and WordPress website design and development, sometimes I leave out the simplest part - making sure that you have Google Analytics installed.

The data is overwhelming on the amount of people who DON'T KNOW how to set up a Google Analytics account and install it in their WordPress site.
