One thing I've thought a lot about lately is that we are not like most agencies. Typically, agencies fall into one of three categories:

1. Those that force their process on you. Even though you come in hoping to keep costs down but having a plan, it's not good enough for them. You have to pay them extra for them to learn about your business, then go through their process. There's no relationship building with these types of agencies. They're interested only in making money off of you. They're transactional. They force you into their process, because they believe their process is what will make them money and help them cover their overhead cost, as well as hopefully turn a profit. Projects get done, but they take way longer than they should and businesses aren't helped. Clients may walk away with a website or a deliverable, but no learning, no strategy, no growth.

2. Those that have phenomenal account managers, but don't let you talk to the people actually doing the work. Clients feel great, and that's important, but what is actually getting done? Who is actually doing the work?

3. Those that learn your business. These are your beet farmers. We are your beet farmers. It's a weird analogy, and it comes from Dwight K. Schrute, a fictional character from "The Office" TV Show.

Dwight was "Assistant to the Regional Manager," but called himself "Assistant Regional Manager." He basically helped Branch Manager Michael Scott run the show. Behind the scenes, he was running the show.

Agencies, like ours, that learn your business so well, we don't just build strong relationships, it goes way beyond that. We develop mutual trust to make smart business decisions. We are in lock step with our thinking, ideation and execution.

We are your hard working, quirky beet farmers who help you run your company behind the scenes.

The more I think about it, the comparisons to Dwight start to make a ton of sense, but for today, the punch line is this: if you're a small business owner, or brand marketing manager, we know you have a small team with huge goals and expectations set upon you.

We know you need more than a deliverable. You need a team that knows your business and THINKS FOR YOU.

We're not like other agencies, and we're proud of it.

We learn you. Your nuances, the way you operate, the way you make decisions, and even the people you have to collaborate and/or contend with.

Then, we execute.
