Data Driven Daily Tip - November 22, 2017: Today I'm going to really quickly show you our process for using Google Analytics Data to Drive Design on your website.
1. We're going to look at your top pages and see which have the highest and lowest bounce rates.
2. Then we're going to dig in further to identify commonalities about those pages that are working
3. We're going to add heatmapping code to your pages with high bounce rates to see where users are clicking / scrolling to and which area's they're not. This will inform us of elements of the page that can be removed or reorganized.
Combining Google Analytics insights with Heatmapping insights will lower your bounce rate by 20% at least.
