I blog a lot about digital marketing, Google Analytics Tips, Google Adwords Intricacies, Facebook Business Manager Features and Search Engine Optimization.
I've recently realized that there's almost an unlimited amount of content for me to blog about in each of those platforms.
However, after several years of building and managing content in WordPress sites, I'm also seeing a huge opportunity to roll out tips and tricks that many of you may experience in your content management, and specifically, using plug-ins for Search Engine Optimization or functionality.
Recently a colleague of mine ran into an issue with the Yoast SEO plug-in not generating sitemaps upon clicking the "You can find your XML Sitemap here: XML Sitemap" in Yoast SEO.
Basically, it was taking him to a 404 page. I remembered running into this issue several years ago, and it happens about 1 in every 50 times I generate an XML Sitemap in WordPress, so I was able to help.
Then it dawned on me that I figured this out via trial and error and it wasn't well documented.
So I hope this helps you!
Thanks for reading / watching - and have a great day!
