Happy Mother's Day to the love of my life Kate, my wonderful mom Mary Jo, my mother-in-law Mary, my Grandma Rose Hickey who I love with all my heart, and my sweet Grandma Manya Gerber, who has always cared for me and loved me dearly.

And to my Nana- Shirley Siegal, who passed on September 11, 1998 - I got to spend 17 awesome years with you, and you left us too early. I love you. And to my undisputed guardian angel- Meryl Betty Hickey, who left us exactly 32 years ago tomorrow, on May 14, 1986.

You have been there at key moments in my life. I feel your presence often and I love you.

Thinking about Meryl and Shirley always makes me happy, but what makes me even happier is the love and support I received as a kid and continue to receive to this day from Mary Jo.

She is truly an amazing person and I love her and appreciate the person she is more and more each day.

Mary is the most supportive mother-in-law a guy like me could ever ask for. Talk about a bonus. Holy cow. I'm so lucky to have her in my life. She's the most loyal, fun loving and gracious person, always showing humility and kindness to those around her.

And Kate - no doubt - is the best person I've ever met. I knew right away when I met her that she was the one. She is and always will be the one. Jones, Happy Mother's Day.

Thanks for letting me date the sh!t out of you, marry the sh!t out of you (those of you who know our story know what that means - and I hope the rest of you aren't offended), and thanks for being the best mother I could possibly imagine to Max and Sam.
