You were doing business with a personal gmail account prior to setting up your Business Email. Respect. So, chances are, people are still sending business related email to your personal Gmail account that you were using prior to setting up your business Gmail / GSuite account.

Here's what to do to make your life more efficient...

It's SUPER EASY to forward a copy of all email from your personal Gmail account into your GSuite Business Email Account.

Step 1: Log into your personal account, and go to the gear icon in the top right, click it then click "Settings."

Step 2: Click "add a forwarding address" then enter your GSuite email account. It will say that you'll receive a confirmation code to that email.

Step 3: Go to your GSuite account and get the code. Enter it into the text field in your Personal Gmail Account.

Step 4: Click the radio button that says "Forward a copy of incoming mail to (your email address) and keep a copy in Gmail's inbox.

Boom. You're good. Now you don't need to check your old email account if you don't want to.
